Vivienne Veyra Publisher

Privacy Policy

Purpose and scope

Vivienne Veyra Publisher is a private content-management tool used by the owner of the Vivienne Veyra YouTube channel. It uses YouTube API Services only to verify the authorized channel and upload videos that the channel owner has reviewed and expressly approved.

Google and YouTube data we access

The publisher requests the minimum permissions needed to:

The publisher stores OAuth tokens, the verified channel identifiers, upload-session state, and resulting video IDs. It does not request or store a Google password, download YouTube videos, read private messages, or access unrelated Google services.

How data is used

Authorized data is used only to provide the visible publishing workflow requested by the channel owner. Every upload is bound to a specific file, title, description, channel, visibility setting, and human approval. The publisher does not sell, rent, share, or use Google user data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or surveillance. No third party receives this data except Google and YouTube as required to perform the authorized operation.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials and tokens are stored outside the public website and source repository in owner-only files on a controlled server. Operational records are access-restricted and do not expose tokens in logs or user-facing output. Data is transmitted to Google only over encrypted HTTPS connections using official Google client libraries and documented YouTube APIs.

Retention, deletion, and revocation

OAuth tokens are retained only while the channel owner authorizes the integration. Channel metadata, upload-session state, and video IDs are retained only as needed to prevent duplicate uploads and operate the approved workflow. Authorized data is refreshed or deleted no later than required by YouTube API Services policies.

The channel owner may request deletion of locally stored Google and YouTube API data by emailing privacy@vivienneveyra.com. Local authorized data will be deleted as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. This does not delete content stored on YouTube; YouTube content can be managed in YouTube Studio.

Access can also be revoked in Google Security Settings. After revocation, the publisher stops API access and removes locally stored authorization data in accordance with applicable policy.

Policies and contact

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
